Ryan teams with companies to provide strategic advice and practical solutions in connection with capital raises, significant transactions and corporate governance.  Ryan founded Accretive Legal after 20 years at a national law firm, where he served as Chair of the Securities and Corporate Governance practice. He advises clients on capital transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and securities and stock exchange regulatory matters. Ryan particularly enjoys counseling boards and senior executives on strategic and governance matters.

Ryan’s clients include financial institutions, institutional investors, investment funds, and late stage-emerging businesses. By focusing his involvement at the strategic level, Ryan effectively enables his clients to avoid pitfalls and efficiently and successfully complete their most important transactions.
